How to rent/reserve a room?
Thank you for your interest in our services and for booking one of our rooms. To complete your reservation, please follow these steps: 1) Make a bank transfer ( https://flats2enjoy.com/paga-con-tarjeta/ or refer to the room reservation agreement, which will be sent to you privately upon your request.
It is essential to indicate your name and your reservation code as the transaction reference:
- The amount to be paid €, which will be your reservation.
- Send proof of bank deposit by e-mail: [email protected] or [email protected]
- Your reservation details are:
- Reservation code
- Room rate € costs excluded
- Service fee € VAT excluded
- Security deposit €
- Provision for expenses and supplies €
At the end of the period indicated in your agreement, the amount of the deposit will be returned, once the condition of the property has been checked and the bills have been settled, in the manner indicated in the agreement.
Once this agreement has been signed, cancellation of the contract may result in the loss of the reservation.
Reservations may be returned when a substitute tenant is found to fulfill the contract.
Can I make payments at the office?
Yes, you can pay in our office.
Office hours:
Monday and Thursday 09:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00-15:00

Once all payments have been made, when can I move in and how do I collect the keys to the apartment?
Check-in is available from 15:00, depending on the reservation date.
The mandatory check-out time is by 12:00, depending on the reservation date.
You can collect the keys to the apartment from our office, which is located at:
C/ d'Alvaro de Bazan, 10, El Pla del Real, 46010 València, Valencia
Or you can ask us to arrange the keys for you according to your preferences and availability.
If you have not vacated the room for the time, you leave the flat, the costs arising from this problem will be applied.
If you leave anything in the apartment and you do not inform us before, it will be thrown away immediately by the cleaning service, on the understanding that they have been abandoned by the lessees.
How often do I need to pay the monthly rent?
The fixed monthly rent is to be paid in advance before the 1st of each month.
Method of payment: Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cash.
It is very important to indicate these details before making the payment:
- National ID card/ Foreign ID number/Passport
- Full name (of the party signing the agreement)
- Please indicate the month of payment
Are utility costs included in the monthly rent?
Utilities costs are not included in the rental price. Only the provision of €60 per person and month is included in the rental price, that our company takes for water, electricity, gas, internet, insurance, Wi-Fi and cleaning service (of the common areas) twice a month.
At the end of the contractual period, the agency will count the consumption of energy, according to the bills.
When will I receive my deposit once the contract period is over?
The deposit will be returned once the last invoice of the contract period has been received and the accounting calculations of the supplies and repairs have been completed, this period can range from 30 to 90 days.
