How do I reserve a room or apartment?
Browse the current homes, then contact Flats2Enjoy on WhatsApp. To prepare a reservation, we need a copy of a valid ID or passport, a telephone number and an email address. Flats2Enjoy prepares the rental contract. The reservation is confirmed after the required contract and deposit steps are complete.
What is the €70 monthly utilities provision?
The standard €70 per person per month is a provision or advance, not necessarily a fixed all-inclusive consumption price. Depending on the property and contract, it can cover water, electricity, gas where applicable, internet/Wi-Fi, tenant or house insurance where applicable, and periodic cleaning of common areas.
How do I report damage or a maintenance problem?
Email info@flats2enjoy.com. Explain the issue clearly, include the property address and attach relevant photos or videos when useful. For a quick general message, you can also use WhatsApp.
What are the current office hours?
Monday to Thursday: 09:00–14:00 and 15:30–18:30. Friday: 09:00–14:00. Saturday and Sunday: closed.
